For bookings with Lewis at Paper Moon Tattoo Collective in Adelaide, South Australia.

I’m taking a deposit/booking fee to lock in your spot and so that I can work on the design. This fee will come off the final price of the tattoo, however this is non-refundable and it will count as a cancellation fee if you need to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Before this time, we will transfer it across to the new appointment. Thank you for understanding
